I had an impromptu studio session with my little guy on his 2nd birthday! Good thing we did cause the 2-yr theme session I have in mind may have to wait a bit! I adore this kid even though he drives me crazy! Photographing a very active 2 year old is no easy feat, but it’s even harder when there’s only one of you! So I’m super excited I got these awesome shots! This hat is a special momento from Dad’s mission to Manchester, England! See when I photographed my other son wearing it at 2 years old!

This sweet, adorable little fella is my newest nephew! We lovingly call him Captain! ;) We are so excited you’re here!

I’ve known Mr K and his family for several years and he was recently baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! This kid loves super heroes and is a bit of a super hero himself! So I had some fun with some of the shots we took! This kid started his life with a battle against cancer and has been cancer free for over 5 years! I’m amazed by this kid! Our session went absolutely wonderful! And I’m pretty sure he had just as much fun as I did! Check out these fun images below along with my version of The Tree of Life!

18 months old, it is really hard to believe that he’s that old already! I am seriously boggled at how fast it’s gone! This guy, like most toddlers his age, is always on the move! But with the help of my awesomely sweet husband, I was able to get some uber cute shots of our Little with his pals from the Hundred acre wood!

I was even able to convince Big Brother and Big Sister to join in on the fun!

Remember this beautiful pregnant ballerina?! She brought her sweet little love for his newborn portraits and for some fun Christmas shots as well! Mr. P is 13 days old in these images! The basket he is in is really special as it belonged to his Great-Grandma Athalee! I absolutely loved how all these came out, he was adorable and quite perfect!

Sweet Miss A turned 3 months not long ago and I had the opportunity to take her sweet pictures! You may recognize her as a dragon from The B Family Portrait Session. This family is always up for an adventure and Miss A is following suit and fitting in quite well! Careful, proceed with caution, it’s easy to get lost in those big, beautiful brown eyes!

This year I found a most wonderful field of long grass; just see for yourself. The day was amazing with storms rolling in the background. These kids are perfect subjects for this backdrop! Don’t you agree!? Mr O turned the big 1 and it was a great time to have an awesome session of these gorgeous kids!! This is my new favorite spot and I’m going to try and get our own family portraits taken here too! But that’s another blog post!

Contact me soon to schedule a time to capture your little ghouls and goblins. We can do a Petite Session at a discounted rate or a full session. And depending on their costumes we could really have some fun with capturing them in the same environment as the costumes represent!

I literally bawled when I found out I was having a boy! I didn’t think it was possible! My mom only had girls, and my sister only had girls, most of my cousins are all girls and they’ve also mostly had girls. So there are few boys in our family. I was ELATED to have a little boy! He’s been my koala-baby, my video game enthusiast and my bug/rock collector! He’s my blue-eyed wonder and my karate master!
